Hands on experience in programming of KUKA/ Fanuc/Yasawaka and Motoman robots.
Responsible for installing and commissioning of robotics cell.
Providing top notch service to customer satisfaction.
Setup of new robots and all configurations at shop floor and at customer site.
Troubleshoot of robot program.
Developing logical based programming depending on the customer requirement.
Experience in Spot welding(must), Arc welding(must), Gluing, Handling, Plasma cutting and welding, Sealer (hemming-mastic),TIG welding.
Team working and good communication skill.
Mig welding experience with Fronius power source will be preferred.
I/O mapping with PLC.
